Orthodontics at an Early Age

We like to begin orthodontic treatment as early possible, before the jaw and gums fully form, so we recommend you bring your child in for an orthodontic consultation by age seven. This enables us to avoid some teeth alignment issues, and after braces have corrected significant misalignment, we may suggest a long-term orthodontic appliance, like a retainer, to maintain alignment.

Invisalign Clear Braces

If you want to keep your mature, professional image while undergoing orthodontic therapy, consider Invisalign clear aligners. With 3-D technology, Invisalign creates a custom treatment plan for your unique smile, then you'll receive a new, clear aligner every two weeks. Simply wear the aligners, and they'll move your teeth into position. Remove the Invisalign aligners for cleaning, special occasions, or to eat whatever you want. Complete therapy can take up to two years, but often one year is sufficient.
