Dr. Ritchie and his staff our efficient, courteous, and professional. Having only gone to one dentist's practice my entire life, and I'm in my 50's, I was a bit hesitant about switching to a new practice when we moved to the Hill Country. Not anymore. I had my first visit yesterday. Complete set of xrays, cancer screening, and thorough cleaning all done in a timely manner. From the front desk area, to Jennifer the hygienist, and Dr. Ritchie's exam...all were wonderful.

The setting is great and the staff is great. They should open an other location, say in San Antonio for example ;-) It would be great for people on the road like me!

People oftentimes dread going to the dentist but the whole staff including Dr.Ritchie himself are warm, friendly, and inviting. I purchased a groupon for Zoom teeth whitening; I thought it was going to be like the sessions at the mall, it turns out there was much more involved. They don't rush you and even though it isn't an invasive procedure they talked me through the whole process. My smile is whiter and brighter thanks to Dr. Ritchie Group.
