Office Manager/Dental Assistant
Erica is our Office Manager and Dental Assistant at Ritchie Dental; she has been dedicated to caring for patients since she began her dental career 17 years ago. With more than 17 years of experience in dentistry and nearly 12 years as part of the Ritchie Dental team, she enjoys helping our patients feel comfortable, valued, and confident in their smiles.
As both the office manager and chairside assistant, she has the unique opportunity to support our team while also building lasting relationships with our patients. Being married to Dr. Ritchie makes our practice truly a family affair, and together they are committed to providing exceptional care and a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time on the golf course, fishing, and cheering on her favorite college football teams. Whether she’s helping patients achieve their dental goals or enjoying the outdoors with family and friends, she believes in bringing enthusiasm, dedication, and a personal touch to everything I do.

Mary Kay
Assistant Office Manager
From coordinating global diplomacy to coordinating your dental care, Mary Kay brings a world of experience to Ritchie Dental Group!
After a distinguished 20-year career as a diplomat traveling the globe, Mary Kay decided to trade international relations for neighborhood relations, joining our front desk team three years ago. As our Assistant Office Manager, she applies her elite communication skills to navigating insurance, mastering the schedule, and making every patient feel like a VIP.
Now happily settled and loving life in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, Mary Kay spends her free time with her husband, 93-year-old mother and beloved dogs. Whether you need help maximizing your benefits or just a warm welcome, Mary Kay is here to ensure your visit is completely stress-free!
Fun fact about Mary Kay – she has lived in six different countries and traveled to over 20 countries!

Heather
Hygienist
Heather graduated from Coastal Bend College in 2006 with the highest honors and has a passion for helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles ever since.
As a dental hygienist, her primary goal is to educate and empower patients, so they understand how to maintain the healthiest smile possible. She also believes that every patient deserves to feel comfortable, cared for, and truly heard during their visit. Building relationships with her patients is one of the most rewarding parts of her career, and she loves getting to know each person and what makes them special.
She first joined Ritchie Dental Group in 2007. After many wonderful years with the practice, she took time away to focus on her family. When I returned in 2023, it felt like coming home. She picked up right where she left off and was welcomed back by an amazing team and wonderful patients.
Outside of the office, she’s married to her best friend, Brandon, and is a proud boy mom to Liam and Teal. Her boys love baseball, so most of her time is spent at the baseball fields cheering on the boys and supporting their love of the game.
When she’s not working, she enjoys live music, concerts with friends, spending time with her husband at the ranch, and making memories with her family and friends. She absolutely loves being around water—whether it’s relaxing by a swimming pool, spending a day at the lake, or soaking up the sun at the beach. Being near the water is her happy place, and summer is her favorite season!
Fun fact: In addition to being a dental hygienist, she is also a realtor and enjoys helping people find their dream home!
DENTAL ASSISTANTS
Madisson
Dental Assistant
Madi has been a Dental Assistant for the past year, and loves helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and welcomed every time they visit our office.
Her favorite part of her job is getting to know the patients and helping them feel right at home. Visiting the dentist can be a little scary or stressful for some people, so Madi does her best to create a friendly, relaxed environment where everyone feels at ease. Whether it’s assisting with treatment or simply offering a reassuring smile, she’s passionate about making each visit a positive experience.
When she’s not in the office, you can usually find her spending time outdoors fishing or hunting or making memories with her family. She loves building connections with people both in and out of the dental office and looks forward to helping you feel comfortable and confident in your smile.
Fun Fact: In the fall/winter you’ll find Madi hunting!
Rylee
Sterilization Tech
Rylee recently graduated from high school and is excited to begin his studies at Texas A&M University this fall, where he will major in Business Administration. As a dental assistant and office team member at Ritchie Dental Group, he enjoys supporting both patients and staff while gaining valuable experience in a professional healthcare environment. His responsibilities include assisting with patient care, helping maintain efficient office operations, and contributing to a positive experience for everyone who visits the practice.
After earning his undergraduate degree, Rylee plans to attend law school and pursue a career as a corporate attorney. He is grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Ritchie Dental Group team and looks forward to continuing his education while building a strong foundation for his future career.
Fun Fact: Rylee has traveled all over, one of his favorite places he’s been to is Costa Rica!
